I’ve tried so many different brands of these, and they are all so awful I despise having them in the morning. These ones however are so delicious,I genuinely look forward to it every day. I’ve noticed a significant difference in my POTS symptoms and make my life so much easier.
These mixes have been a life saver for me. I really struggle with cramping after long days in the hills and since using these electrolytes I’ve had ZERO cramps.. they really work, taste might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I love it!

Great flavour
Competing for youth under19's beach volleyball in Thailand these were essential! All the athletes used them every day to keep hydration up as the heat was unreal. The flavours were great with the top pic being endless summer! Loved the individual packets so we could travel with them easily daily!
